I had the pleasure to do some design exploration for Netflix's Wednesday, it was a lot of practical exploration which I absolutely love doing. These designs, and/or style did not end up being used but I still am very happy how they turned out.

My assignment was to find an illustrative language that would express Wednesday's world. The idea was that it should be something that Wednesday could create herself but also keeping Tim Burton aesthetic throughout the sequence.
STYLE FRAMES
TITLE EXPLORATION
In the show Wednesday has a typewriter that she loves to use, so I used my typewriter to create some typographic elements, textures and explored the main title as an option too.
Part of my exploration was to make this sequence look like it was made by Wednesday. So it needed to look more DIY, more hand made. Which is why I tried to use ink, and watercolor to explore more type options and the main title.
I additionally tried these frames in a shadow puppet style
